A leader in Tennessee’s heavy civil construction sector, currently serving as President of a thriving construction company, with extensive experience in business management and project oversight. Driven by a passion for technology, historical research, and investment innovation, this professional combines technical curiosity with hands-on expertise in programming, financial planning, and business automation. Outside of work, interests span European motorcycle touring, wartime history, agricultural practices, and beekeeping, reflecting a commitment to lifelong learning and adventure.

I oversee the daily operations at Mid TN Constructors, coordinating everything from estimating and scheduling to field execution and client relations. With more than a decade in heavy civil construction across Middle Tennessee, I have led grading, utility, and paving projects of every scale, always with a focus on efficiency, safety, and lasting partnerships.

What sets myself apart is my belief that construction is as much about people as it is about dirt and concrete. I'm committed to building a company culture where employees are treated like family and clients know they can count on honesty and accountability at every step.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted husband and father. I love spending time with my kids, supporting their sports and activities, and building a life with my wife, Tori. I also find ways to honor the memory of my late brother, Zach, carrying that motivation into his work and relationships every day.

Will, a proud University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in agricultural economics, serves as an Estimator and Project Manager at MTC. Hailing from Franklin, his fascination with the area’s growth sparked his passion for construction. For Will, forging strong relationships is just as vital as delivering exceptional projects. When he’s not on the job, he cherishes time with his wife, Katelyn, their son, Bennett, and their dog, Boomer. An avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, Will also loves traveling and exploring new cuisines.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Surveying) and 37 years of experience in construction across the USA and internationally, Daniel serves as Survey Manager for our growing construction company. He excels in delivering precise construction layouts for utilities, buildings, roads, and more, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Fueled by a passion for precision technology, research, and innovation, Daniel consistently drives excellence in surveying solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tools to achieve outstanding results.

Outside of work, Daniel is a licensed private pilot with his own airplane, embracing his love for aviation through air travel adventures during vacations. He is also deeply committed to his family, church, and Christian faith, which guide his values and community involvement

My career to date has allowed me to experience the full gamut of heavy construction/land development from concept to design, then to permits and on to construction and finally a satisfied owner for a project completion on time and within budget.

Working practical knowledge of estimating, scheduling and cost tracking software programs. Built estimating database using Explorer, Sage and Oman Estimating software. I am currently a licensed Certified General Contractor-authorized agent (CGC1508155-active) in the State of Florida, State of Arizona for the A-General Engineering license (890-07-9346-inactive) and Certified General Contractor-authorized agent (#75682-unlimited BC-B-active) State of TN.
